TRANSPORTATION:

BY CAR-  from the West Side of Manhattan, head North on West Side Highway to Henry Hudson, to Saw Mill to Taconic North. Exit at Poughkeepsie/Millbrook (2nd Poughkeepsie exit). East on Rt.44 for 30 miles to Salisbury, Ct. Bear left on Rt.41 (at White Hart Inn), north for 8 miles to Lodge on left. 2.5 hrs.

From the East Side of Manhattan or other, I recommend Map Questing or GPSing from your location to:

Driving time is approximately 2.5 hrs without traffic, so please plan accordingly! Ideally, you'll want to leave no later than 1:30pm so that you have time to check-in and settle in before our welcoming circle and class at 6pm. If you have the day off, I recommend leaving the city in the morning so that you can enjoy the afternoon in nature or poolside!

BY BUS-  Bonanza provides daily service from NYC Port Authority to Sheffield, MA.  Pick-ups arranged by the lodge 413.229.2916 at no additional cost.

BY TRAIN-  Metro North runs daily from Grand Central to Wassaic.  Pick-ups arranged by Lakeville Taxi 860.435.8000 and cost about $53.00 plus tip.  *They ask that you call ahead*
